Their Manager George is as flamboyant as they come and could rival even Jose Mourinho with his tailor made sound bites.

Carpe Diem place a focus on signing the very best England can offer and the majority of their players wear the Three Lions for their National team. But George has shown that he can also sign the best in the world and traditionally builds one of the most competitive and talented squads in the PEP.

Success has been slow on the ground though and although they take great pride in being Shanghai's bogey team, they are yet to fulfil their potential in competition. A fifth place finish at PEP V has their best return thus far.

Often hindered by the fact they don't own their own training ground, game time in the off season is few and far between. But George will not be using that as an excuse, as his self belief and confidence in his players is second to none, and is someone we all wish the best for.
